| Most of them had been beaten on. Their mileage is hard to gaurrantee as you cannot look up a VIN like we can on North American models. There is a reason why clips are not recommended for swaps. I have seen many that needed body work done. Quite of the few had been painted just prior to importation to fix issues (some were even painted after importation by the import company prior to resell), however the quality of these paint jobs are often sub-standard. Converting a LHD into RHD by welding in a clip is a fair amount of work. I only recommend doing it if your donor LHD Z is salvaged or something. Don't ruin a healthy Z for nothing. If you are seriously thinking about doing this conversion, Brett Ramsey of Ramsey'Z was working on a project like this on a vert when I was in Cincy. He would have all the info necessary on what exactly is required to do the job properly.
